Congratulations to Matthias in Year 13 who was selected to attend the Pho3nix Futures Camp in Phuket this year. The five-day fully funded camp brought together 20 talented junior athletes from 10 nations to equip them with the skills to take on a career in sport and realize their full potential. Matthias had access to Olympic and World Champions, as well as a facetime conversation with Usain Bolt! The activities and workshops involved both the physical and mental aspects of professional sport with sessions on performance nutrition, goal setting, values and leadership formation and media training. We look forward to following Matthias in his upcoming events as he progresses towards his Triathlon goals.
